You probably figured this out by hearing "Shape of You" everywhere you go,Taboo: Sister in law and Daughter in law (2025) but Ed Sheeran's new album is a hit.
Sheeran received over 1 billion YouTube views on Dividesongs less than two days after the album's release.

Most of the views come from previously released videos for the album's two lead singles, "Shape of You" and "Castle in the Hill." Sheeran released both traditional videos and lyric videos for both tracks. The "Shape of You" lyric video is leading the pack with nearly 4 million views.
Sheeran's also gained 3 million YouTube subscribers in the past two months -- more than any other channel this year -- so it's safe to say he's not going anywhere.
